How Glovantis handles information you share with us.
This Privacy Policy describes how Glovantis Inc. (“we”, “us”) may collect and process information when you visit glovantis.com or contact us through our website forms.
When you submit a contact form, we collect the details you provide such as name, work email, company, phone (optional), service interest, budget/timeline selections, and project description.
When you submit a careers application, we collect name, email, phone (optional), role applied for, portfolio/GitHub/LinkedIn URLs (optional), your written answers, consent record, and a PDF resume you upload.
We may also collect basic technical data such as browser type, IP address used for abuse prevention, and pages visited through standard web server logs.
We use inquiry information to respond to your request and evaluate fit. We use application information to consider you for the selected role and related hiring communications. We do not sell personal information.
Form notifications are delivered using Resend (email delivery provider). Application records and resume files may be stored on the application host filesystem (or a configured data directory) and attached to hiring-team email. Exact hosting region and retention schedules should match our operational controls.
Resumes and application materials are used only for recruitment related to the role you selected (or related openings you later agree to be considered for). Access is limited to people involved in hiring. We aim to delete or anonymize applicant data when it is no longer needed for that purpose, subject to any legal retention requirements.
When you check the consent box on a form, we retain a notice version identifier and timestamp with the submission (contact notice contact-privacy-v1; careers notice careers-privacy-v1).
